Lisa is a visionary marketing and sales executive known for growing brands and businesses. She is recognized as an insightful leader who develops actionable strategies leading to revenue and EBITDA growth.  Her core competencies include marketing, strategic planning, business development, communications and e-commerce. Lisa has over 30 years of experience with leadership positions at Innocor, Yankee Candle, Bristol Myers Squibb and L’Oréal.  Lisa enjoys pro bono consulting to help charities grow, in her spare time. Her family’s service to our country inspired her to volunteer with local veteran groups and charities including Heartillery Group. Lisa is a New Jersey native currently residing in Connecticut. She earned a bachelors degree in Marketing and Business from Seton Hall University.
